Recipe of the Week

Ingredients
  • 2-3lb beef chuck roast
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • A few chopped green onions
  • Broccoli
  • Jasmine Rice
Directions
  1. Put all ingredients (minus broccoli and rice) in a crockpot. Cook on High for 3 hours.
  2. Remove roast and cut into thin strips. Return to crockpot and add broccoli. Cook on low for an additional 1 hour.
  3. Make 2-4 servings of rice while the roast and broccoli finish cooking. Serve over rice
