This is our less intimidating, but no less intense class. Set up for new or experienced, we eliminate the overly-challenging movements to focus on moving better.

This includes all the movements in our repertoire. We offer 3 levels of programming in every class to ensure an appropriate skill level for all participants.

Our version of a 24 hour facility. Biased toward the iron. Duluth Only.
